I’m a design researcher who helps organizations figure out what people really want.

I use creative, mixed-method approaches to explore complex human behaviors and translate them into clear, strategic insights. My practice is fun, hands-on, and collaborative: I bring cross-functional team members into the process so empathy is built by design, while ensuring my insights are both timely and actionable. 

My 8+ years of industry experience spans topics from education technology, to AI-search tools, to health & wellness. I’ve led research that has sparked new product ideas, driven design and development of nascent technology from zero-to-market, and informed global content and marketing strategies. My work has helped launch and scale products and features reaching more than a billion users worldwide, and has established company-wide design guidelines that continue to influence product excellence to this day. 

I believe great research is about empathy and humility: deeply understanding the motivations, emotions, and challenges that shape real human lives (not just our executives). That belief drives me to create solutions that are truly useful, accessible, and delightful. I see myself as being in service to a global community: people deserve to dream big; they deserve products that truly support their needs and they deserve companies that always have their back.

I’m always open to connecting, collaborating, and imagining what’s possible together.  

In my free time, you’ll find me feeding the people I love, crafting colorful dishes to celebrate all of life’s big and small moments. I recharge outdoors by hiking California’s stunning trails or running through the city. I’m an avid traveler, a fierce competitor at game nights, and a proud parent to the cutest Siamese you’ll ever meet.
